Minna and me

Last week Thea had a fantastic time with her "Minna" from Denver. Kim's mom arrived Tuesday and stayed until Tuesday. Kim took Wed and Thursday off to be with her and Friday and Monday it was just Thea and Minna. We had a great time visiting and Minna taught her some new sounds and expressions. I don't know if Minna wore Thea out or vise versa.

Thea got spoiled with a couple new outfits, new toys and new songs ("Hop Hop Hop").

Thea had so much fun I caught her trying to sneak back to Denver in Minna's suitcase. We'll be there soon enough in June for her first birthday party!

So this is what vegeterian tastes like...

Here is a simple picture of Thea eatting tofu for the first time. She liked it but thought the texture was odd at first. Yes, she really did give me the expression that meant "odd".

She's able to pick it up with her fingers so she tried to get it in her mouth. Mostly she was unsuccessful but practice makes perfect. And a bath afterwards makes for a clean baby!

Oh, and don't let her holding the spoon fool you. She had no idea what to do with it except wave it in the air and bang it on the table.
