Does this explain it? An empty toddler bed and Thea sound asleep on the floor. It's been 5 weeks and that's the best we can do. We have since opted to move her mattress on the floor but still find her asleep on the real floor next to it. Next step, decide if we should put up the crib again or continue to wait it out. As you remember, the reason for the toddler bed was her falling out of the crib.

Hang in there. At least now you know you can take her camping and sleep in a tent on the ground.
Don't give up yet!! She will eventually fall asleep in her bed. We ended up having to put a dora tent over Phoebes toddler bed to get her to feel "safe" and sleep in it. It was one of those pop up ones at Target. Hey, you do what you have to do, right!! Besides, at least she's safe.
